This is the fourth round of this mini retreat
Dear mothers and mothers to be, we invite you to a magical day full of nourishment. Newborn mothers, mothers and pregnant women are welcome to join our RETREAT DAY.
Come to our cozy Salon at UHU and enjoy sauna, freshly cooked Ayurvedic food and lots of space to nourish yourself. Furthermore there will also be two massage therapists who'll offer some loving touch for 15-30 Minutes.
Have you ever dreamed of a place where you get nourished without having to leave your child? Where do you enjoy physical AND mental self care? A place where you can go while your partner is woking?
This day is for you to fill up your cup, connect with other mothers and recharge. To feel the power of “the village”. Babies are so welcome, and the village will support you to have a lot of time to enjoy and relax. To make sure that there is always a free hand to help you out with your baby we are 3 doulas, happy to help and hold your baby here and there. If you feel like coming simply by yourself that's totally fine too!
How will the retreat day unfold?
11:00 Welcome and Sharing circle plus gentle Yoga and Pranayama
Time for sauna and connecting with other moms
13:00 ayurvedic 3 course meal is ready for you
Whenever you want to take a little walk with your baby to bring him to sleep, Treptower Park is just in front of our window. You can come and go whenever you want.

Payment:
super early bird til 1st of November 95 Euro, early bird til 1st of February 110, afterwards 125 Euro (massages are not included here and will be paid directly to our massage therapists)
f you also bring older children, we ask for 10 euros extra per child
